1

Voluntary exposure to obstacles in your path that are threatening or disgusting is almost inevitably curative.

Life is paradoxically dependent on death, it is the precursor to resurrection.
If death isn't regulated within us properly, we get cancer for example. So, the proper amount of death keeps us healthy.

What's interesting is this is also true psychologically. We have to let old concepts and the old versions of ourselves die in order to grow.

The more we learn, the more we realise we don't know.
This at first may feel discouraging, but realizing that there's more going on than we think, means that we can dispose of the certainty around a lot of our doubts and insecurities. Which in turn, means we can open ourselves up to more opportunities and hope.

With psychedelics, it's almost impossible not to be astonished and humbled by how much you don't understand about the nature of your own mind and the nature of reality.
