We are almost guaranteed to be wrong in our judgement, too much, or too little.
But to not judge, means to not take responsibility for differentiating between what's good and what isn't.

And to choose to not judge, in itself, is a judgement that you shouldn't judge.

Our first priority should be to help alleviate another's distress, but properly understanding the source of distress is important for both ourselves and who we're helping.

There are more and more situations where people have the desire to feel a certain emotion, without wanting to pay the cost of the emotion.
