Ideas

1

The four pillars of exercises are stability, strength, aerobic efficiency & anaerobic performance.
Ideally you are strong in all 4. The more of each of these the better.

Stability is the one that's least understood; it's the ability to transfer load from the outside world to the body and vice versa.

An analogy is of a race car versus a street car. What makes race car's so unique is the chassis and tyres that's constructed in such a way that every bit of the cars power makes it to the road, which is why a racecar with half the total power of a street car would still smoke it on a racetrack.

2

Caloric restriction, dietary restriction, time restriction are the three levers for diet.
Caloric restriction is how much you consume, dietary restriction is what to consume & time restriction is how often to consume.

Always pull one, sometimes pull two, occasionally pull three, never pull none.

3

Never pay attention to only relative risk without absolute risk.
Relative risk is saying that a new wonder drug reduces a certain illness by 50%.

Whilst absolute risk is saying that the new wonder drug reduces that illness from 2 per million to 1 per million.

Have both the relative and the absolute details to see the full picture.
