There will always be people who disagree or get offended at anything you do or say.
When someone disagrees, is unhappy or offended, we first have to understand who they are, and then whether or not it's them we're trying to cater for.

Too often we immediately draw back because someone gets offended, when in reality, someone is always going to get offended, it's about who and why.

You're not going to appreciate success until you have failure.
And part of what makes success so great, is that there's the risk of failure.

The biggest successes are on the border of failure, and with pushing yourself, you have the lowest of the lows, but also the highest of highs.

It is through the process of still doing your best knowing there's uncertainty, that you get better and better at your craft.

Part of the fun about doing something live and not fully scripted is that both the presenter and the listener don't know where things end up.
When you don't plan out each detail, you not only create a genuine and unique experience, but also provide opportunities of possible outcomes that you couldn't have planned in advance.

The trick is to have enough of a plan to ensure things don't go wrong, but open yourself up to opportunities of things going well.
