I am a cold case investigator and an attorney currently involved in the investigations of the murder of Diane Shields and the disappearance of Mary Shotwell Little. These are Atlanta cases. I really suggest in this case that EVERY first responder on the day of Max’ death be reinterviewed and investigate. If the brother did not do this ( and I have my doubts) I am convinced that it was a police officer or other first responder who saw her and went back to assault her.

Great!
