My favorite all-around podcast!

I love this podcast. I have been listening regularly for over a year and have also listened to all the older shows. I enjoy the broad range of topics that the show covers. Even though some guests may practice different diets and lifestyles, Jessi and Marni do a great job of neutrally interviewing guests so that the audience can make the best decisions for themselves. The quality of the show is great too. Multiple guests compliment Marni and Jessi on their preparedness and in-depth knowledge of concepts. I also love Jessi and Marni as a couple! It’s fun to get peeks into their life and see how they incorporate the ideas on the podcast.

Health ideas and advice are presented in a matter of fact manner based on inconclusive or anecdotal evidence. While chiropractors (like Jesse) are technically considered doctors only in the sense that he has his doctorate, his opinions should never be taken as medical advice, as he is not an MD or DO. This podcast only confirms my previous opinions about chiropractors (quack doctors who know how to market themselves). Health and medical advice should be provided based on research and evidence based practice, not their own experiences.
