i stumbled across max's book 'genius foods' and absolutely loved it so deciding to subscribe to the podcast was a no-brainer. i love the approach max takes and how much i'm learning! for most of my life i had seeminly zero consequences to what i put in my body and then suddenly i did so i decided to start taking care of myself. i'm so glad i found max's work to help me through it!
