One of the questions I get asked a lot is, "My company just announced a new product...how should I go about marketing it to my network?" When done correctly, new product launches can be an incredibly powerful way to generate momentum in your business. The sad reality is however, that most people go about new product launches completely the WRONG way. They immediately go to their social media and start posting every day all the information about the new product, and how excited they are to share it with everyone. They start "spamming" their contact list, thinking that people will just jump all over the new offer just because they put it out there. This is NOT the way you want to approach a new product launch. You have to view the information that you have about this new product, etc. as a very valuable commodity. The information that you have about that new product is a reason for you to reach back out to prospects and re-engage with them. When you just freely put the information out there at every opportunity, you lose all of the power. In my opinion, it actually de-values the information. In the training I share with you my top 3 ways to approach prospects with this new information, and I share some of my best scripts for you to use. What I am going to share with you today has been something that I’ve believed to be true for some time now with all my heart and soul. You’ve heard me saying about the concept of legacy leadership and how it is an assignment, a calling, a vehicle to help you carry out your purpose in life. But, today I’m going to state in a much different way. My friend, I want to let you know that there is a much bigger reason why you are here. Your network marketing business is an assignment from God. There are two parts in this assignment. The first part of your assignment is to grow as a person and to face your fears. It’s critical to understand that you only grow through fear. The fear of the unknown and thoughts like, “What if I’m not good enough?” and “What if I’m don’t look good to others?” are the very thoughts that limit you in fulfilling your purpose. Remember that your greatest fears will lead you to your biggest breakthroughs in life and your business. In the process of facing your fears, you begin to get insight into the unique gifts that you have inside of you. Gifts that you were uniquely designed to have and that are to be utilized in serving other people on this earth. I’ll quote from Picasso, “The meaning of life is to discover your gift and the purpose of life is to give it away.” It is time to shift your focus from yourself to that outward focus of serving others. Facing your fears, growing, and walking through them allow you to be a person of service and impact on the other side. It’s during this process that you and your gifts strengthen and grow. So stop telling yourself that you’re not good enough, because trust me, you are! God doesn’t create junk!

The main difference between Instagram stories and Facebook stories is the filters. With Facebook stories, you can add the filters before you ever take a picture or video. Like with anything new, the key to success is consistency. If you can stay consistent and give yourself time to get better and rise to the top you will win on this platform. The best way to create content is to stop thinking and start documenting! Just be yourself and start documenting your life. The beauty of the story functionality is allowing you to become the star of your own reality TV show! This allows you to begin building a personal brand. Through stories you can show anything and everything that is important and that matters to you. Familiarity breeds trust and if you are constantly in front of peoples face you become trustworthy. Once you have a better idea on what a breakthrough really is, you can start thinking about mindset and how that affects our goals. One of the biggest reasons we don’t achieve our goals, is we don’t BELIEVE that we can. There are two different mindsets you can use to approach your goals: scarcity and abundance. Scarcity thinkers approach obstacles as roadblocks. Abundance thinkers approach obstacles from the mindset of ‘finding another solution’. These four questions will help you set goals for yourself in a way that you have never done before: What did I do, create, experience, or accomplish in 2018 in order to declare this a breakthrough year? Having accomplished all of this, what did I do differently in 2018? What did I have to let go of? Who was I BEING that created this? It’s not only going to help you set goals, but it’s really going to help you understand the person that you need to become and the things you need to let go of in order to accomplish those goals. There are two types of goals: income and impact. Yes, income will make you happy. However that happiness is temporary. Impact goals allow you to tap into fulfillment. What you need to focus on is moving forward. The third is apathy. This business starts as a numbers game and evolves into a people business where you develop relationships. It’s easy to sit back and come up with excuses for yourself, but you need to delve into what is difficult and push yourself to be the absolute best. The fourth is attrition. I recently attended Tony Robbins’s live event, “Date with Destiny.” If you’re not familiar with Tony Robbins, he is one of the premier motivational and training coaches, and I’ve wanted to go to one of his live events for a long time! This specific event, “Date with Destiny,” is 7 days of nonstop life-changing training and workshops. It was the most life transforming experience, and today I want to share with you my biggest takeaways and huge aha moments! If you want to feel fulfilled in your life, you must learn to grow and give beyond yourself. One of the things that Tony really digs into is what drives you to do the work you do. Prior to the event I really thought that my top 2 driving forces were significance and certainty. But oh boy, I was wrong! When Tony shared with the attendees The 6 Human Drives/Need, it truly shifted my mindset. The problem with significance being one of your internal drivers is that it causes us to constantly see external validation. We seek attention and also want to feel that we are worthy of that attention. However, the reality is, not everybody is going to like what we do in our life and business. There will always be critics and negative comments. Because you will never please everybody, significance is a game that you can’t ever win. It can never 100% be truly attained. My second driver used to be ‘certainty.” We have this need to always have things figured out. To feel secure and that we can and do have everything under control. But I want to tell you this, certainty does not exist. Nothing in life is certain. We need to step into the realm of faith because uncertainty is the true pathway to opportunity. Uncertainty is where we will experience new things which helps produce new and better results. What I realized is this, true fulfillment in my work is learning to grow and step towards love and contribution. So from here on out, I refuse to work from the need for significance and certainty. Instead, moving forward, I will from a place of love and contribution. I believe life is calling me for more. And I believe life is calling you for more, too! The key to success in modern day is conversion. To convert your ideas and products in dollars to earn profit is the real success in the modern day branding and marketing. Being one of the newest techniques for branding your product or services, live video is the key element to add in your business strategy and branding. I started 15 years ago as a marketer, and personally faced a lot of troubled and difficulties in my service regarding my job. A couple of companies I was working with got shut and I was completely broke. It was 2015 when I decided to start live streaming in order to attract new people to the company I was working with. Despite of being scared of public speaking, I mustered up my courage and started live streaming. It wasn’t easy for me to attract people by making a live video and doing live streaming but sometimes, you have to step out of your comfort zone and do something different, think out of the box. Today, I am successful and I train people all across the world because of my crazy decision. Don’t settle for what you’ve already mastered, and aim for something new every day. I shared my story as an inspiration for you. I didn’t get successful with ease. I worked hard and adopted a way that changed my perspective of marketing and made me what I am today. Marketing is not about selling goods and service you are offering, marketing is about selling yourself and making good customer relations based on their trust and love for you and your company. Live video is one of the greatest inventions in the history of marketing and branding. Live video is all about being close to people and making good relations with people. The only success in getting started with live streaming is to be real. People gets attract to what they see and when you are doing live video, make sure to be yourself and attract people through your attitude and behavior towards them. Live streaming is a very powerful tool if you can use it wisely and can create something out of box. Think differently, be yourself and connect with people.

Many companies have failed to deliver on what they promise to their distributors. In my opinion, one of the biggest reasons that this happens is that many of the behaviors that are being taught are not conducive to creating residual income. There's been shift in many companies to focusing almost 100% on recruiting. There's no emphasis on customer acquisition or product training and their compensation plans don't really reward that behavior.
