Awful Audio

By speak softly, and cary a big megaphone - Aug 24 2017
Read more
Seriously, first episode I listened to sounded like it was in a crowded dinner party, second sounded like there was an industrial vacuum cleaner in the the studio with them. Do they record these on their phones? Also a bit weird to hear them say lobbyist gifts make no difference to them, which is why they should be allowed, and at the end of the episode tell us a company they refuse to regulate paid for the show. They justify getting a free lunch from lobbyists, but say I should be fired for taking off work to watch a once in 600 year total eclipse.

Thoughtful analysis of Missouri politics from the "right" side of the political spectrum

As noted by other reviews, the audio quality is often pretty poor and in some cases it makes the podcast difficult to understand. And, if you're of my political persuasion you may find the thinking hard to understadn as well, but that shouldn't keep you from listening. It's a refreshing perspective on what are, to me, perplexing politics without the bombast and insults that charadterize soi much of "conservative" entertainment "news" media. I would not call this a conservative podcast, but rather a news podcast with a conservative perspective. It often has "progressive" guests, and treats them respectuflly and with thoughtful questioning. Two thumbs up, and five stars when they get their production problems fixed.
