Rank #1: Ep 1: Welcome and Introduction!
Rank #2: Ep. 258: Nat Lue on Boundaries, Emotions, and the Dark Side (!) of People Pleasing
I loved talking with Natalie Lue this week and we covered so much ground in this episode, including: habits (and relationships!) that aren't serving you, how to step beyond those well-worn patterns, drama and our addiction to it, and how people-pleasing is actually a manipulation (SAY WHAT?!).
We also covered identities that don't serve us, letting other people dim our light, and why having emotional baggage doesn't mean anything other than that we're human.
Natalie blew my mind in this episode and I think you'll love it!

I was so excited to have Elise Blaha Cripe back on the show! This week, we talked all about goal-setting and getting things done. Elise is a MASTER at setting (and sharing) her goals and I was excited to chat with her about the practical steps of how she gets things done and how her business (and goals!) has evolved over time.
We also got to talk about two of Elise's bigger projects: Make29 and her Get to Work Book (amazing!) and how these projects have played into each other and what she's learned about everything. And, a conversation about goals and doing the work wouldn't be complete without diving into a discussion about fear and comparisons and all that good stuff. We covered a lot in this conversation!
Elise, thank you SO MUCH! It's always a treat to be able to share time with you!

This week, I'm talking with graphic designer, kickstarter, and Inner Circler Brooke Forry! Our conversation took so many turns and went from talking about that pesky quest for work/life balance to creating what you wished existed in the world to letting yourself move beyond being "nice." (Cuz we know there's more waiting for us out in the world!)
We also talk about Brooke's new kickstarter project, the Balance Bound Planner, the mess behind "create what you wish existed" and how the Inner Circle helped her get this project up and running.
If you're running yourself ragged trying to find the perfect HAVE IT ALL/DO IT ALL/BE IT ALL mix of work-life balance, this episode is for you!

Rank #7: Ep. 70: Resolutions Series: Lacy Young on Health and Wellness
Welcome to 2016! This year, I'm starting off with a new series on Raise Your Hand Say Yes all about New Year's Resolutions. Do you start every year thinking you're going to deal with your health and money and (finally!) clean out your closet? If so, you're in for a treat this month! And if not, you're still in for a treat because these upcoming episodes are gooooood!
This week, I got to sit down with one of my favorite people on the planet, Lacy Young and talk all about health and wellness and what to do if you want to be healthier. Lacy's advice is spot on while also being super reasonable and I know you'll be able to walk away from this conversation with at least a couple of things you can start doing today to get healthier and feel better in your body.
We also talk about how you can tell the difference between what you really want for your body versus what the magazines say you should want, the value of putting yourself in the way of empowerment, and a beginner's guide to meditating. Lacy also shares what she experienced in the beginning of her own journey to get healthy, and I'm sure we can all relate. Be warned: by listening to this episode, all of your excuses about why you can't eat better or meditate will go out the window!

Stasia is my personal style guru and her counsel has made a huge difference in how I approach getting dressed every morning! In this episode, we talk about Stasia's journey to becoming a badass style rockstar and how we all can find our own personal styles (no matter what your body shape or budget is!).
We also talk about the power style can have on your life, what to do when your pants don't fit, and why having fewer clothes in your closet can be a VERY good thing. If you've felt the calling to feel good in your clothes and want to make 2016 the year that you shine, this episode is for you!

Rank #13: My RYHSY Life: On Giving Up Alcohol
I'm excited to unveil a new feature called My RYHSY Life. In these monthly-ish episodes, I'll be going behind the scenes of my own life and business to tell the in-real-time story of what I'm currently raising my hand and saying yes to.
I'm kicking the series off with the story of how and why I decided to give up drinking a couple of months ago, in what is becoming a permanent change in my life. I'll be sharing what led me to make the decision to dive into the dry life, what I kept telling myself about why I couldn't do so sooner, and what I've learned about myself, my relationship with alcohol, and my life since.
You'll also learn about the conversation I was afraid to have with my husband after I quit and the times I've been triggered to drink since. And not sure how my giving up drinking pertains to you and your creative quests? I'll fill you in on that too!
It's Business Time (applications are open through 3/15)
Rank #14: Ep. 23: Tiffany Han on Crazyfaith
And, welcome to the podcast episode where I quote myself. This week, I did something a little bit different and did a solo show. What started out as a short guide to finding your own way to Raise your hand and say yes quickly became my stance on life (enter: the Crazyfaith) and my musings on the movement I'm trying to create with my work and this show.
I'm feeling a wee bit vulnerable posting and sharing this now, but, in the spirit of leaning in to my own discomfort, here goes.
I'd love to hear what you think! I would like to do more of these solo shows (don't worry! I'm not going to give up the interviews!), so if what I had to say resonated, please let me know!
PS. As I mentioned towards the end of the episode, the Raise your Hand Say Yes book club is coming! We’re starting with The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. Get your copy now and give it a read – the episode where we discuss it will air on March 4 and we'll also be doing a twitter chat following the episode.
PPS. The other thing that I mentioned was the Q&A episode that I'm going to be hosting with my favorite friend Michelle Ward on March 11. If you have any questions for us about life or business or passion or entrepreneurship or early motherhood or our shiny hair, send them over!

Rank #16: Ep. 203: On Becoming a Morning Person, aka How to Change a Habit (and Change your Life)
Can you slowly and gradually shift a habit or do you have to go all in? Is it possible to actually change something about yourself that you've believed to be true your whole life? How do you know when a change is necessary or when it's antithesis to the person you really are? And, then, if you are ready to try out the change, where do you even start?
These are just a few of the questions that come up around habit change and this week, I'm diving into my own shift in my habit around waking up in the morning. Yes, hand raisers, you heard that right: I am (on purpose!) waking up every morning at 6 am (begrudgingly) and am working on becoming a morning person.
Listen in to find out how I'm approaching it, how it's going, and what my journey has to do with those life and creative habits that you're ready to shift. Because you know this is about so much more than what time you're alarm goes off in the morning!

Rank #17: Ep 147: When you Don't Know What to Do
What do you do when you have NO IDEA what you want to do? And even worse, how do you navigate a change when you feel like you might be eternally stuck in a sucky situation (whether it's a job or relationship or habit)?
This week's solo episode was prompted by an Instagram question asking me how to navigate utter stuckness, and my answers apply whether you're in a toxic situation or just want to make a change in your life but aren't *exactly* sure what that change should be.
Dive in and remember: change is a process. And things never move as quickly as we want them to. Keep going anyway. It's so worth it.
Rank #18: Ep. 21: Kelly Rae Roberts on Boundaries
I was super excited to talk with Kelly Rae Roberts this week on the podcast. She's such a gift!
Kelly Rae and I started our conversation by talking about boundaries and how you can take care of yourself in this crazy share-everything world. We also talked about how to embrace change and follow those whispers to just do something already! We also covered parenting, creative practices, and getting quiet. There's so much here!
Tweet us: As mentioned towards the end of the episode, Kelly Rae and I would LOVE to hear about the action you decided to take. Let us know on twitter! (Be sure to complete the tweet with your action!)
Kelly Rae, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us. It was such a treat getting to spend time with you!
PS. At the beginning of this episode, I also introduce something I'm super excited about: the Raise your Hand Say Yes book club. We're starting with The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. Get your copy now and give it a read - the episode where we discuss it will air in early March!

Rank #19: Ep. 19: Flora Bowley on Letting Go
Flora Bowley is someone I could interview for the podcast each and every week, knowing that we'd never run out of things to talk about! I was so excited to get to chat with her and think that this episode is the perfect one for us to kick off 2015 with!
This week, Flora and I talk about letting go. I love her take on working through the process of creating, whether you're a painter or a writer or just a human being trying to exist in this crazy world. We also talked about the awkward teenage years of the creative process and making choices. And, did you know that Flora changed her name a few years ago? You know I asked her about that too!
