I wish there were two human beings having a natural dialogue available for this podcast. Instead we're left with two monotone readers. This podcast is devoid of color and charm.

Great reading recommends and the real authors!

Introducing the Read It Forward Podcast

Calling all book nerds and podcast junkies! Read it Forward has launched a new podcast to share even more great book recommendations with readers. The Read It Forward Podcast, which debuted earlier this summer, is hosted by site editors Abbe Wright and Emma Shafer. Each week, the pair brings Read It Forward to life in your earbuds as they chat about their favorite books alongside authors and special guests.

Authors this season include Fatima Farheen Mirza, Frances Mayes, Tommy Orange, Fiona Davis, and many others.

On the Read It Forward Podcast you’ll:

· Discover what’s on the TBR piles of your favorite authors
· Receive “Litscriptions” for your every mood from Book Doctor Stella.
· Test your bookish knowledge with trivia segments
· Learn about Read-Alikes to find your next book and lots more

“Read it Forward is all about helping people find their next great book. Starting a podcast felt like a natural progression to continue recommending great books through a variety of platforms. Emma and I love talking about books with one another and hearing from authors about their own books and the books on their TBR piles. The Read it Forward podcast hopefully feels like a conversation between book lovers that will help guide you to your next wonderful read.” —Abbe Wright, Editor of Read it Forward

The ten-episode season runs through August 6 with new episodes released on Mondays. Start listening today on Apple Podcasts and subscribe to never miss an episode.
