Jason is an increadibly smart guy. When it comes to nutrition and fitness Jason has to be on your mind. His direct straight to the point on nutritional approaches and the practicality makes it so much easier to understand what exactly is going in the confusing health and fitness world. He cuts all the crap out and makes his points clear. I've learned much from listening to his podcast. All though I would like to see Jason go more into details on his nutrition approaches. I feel like he purposely holds information back during some episodes like when talks about his coaching approaches. Sometimes we just want to figure morel details to help us listeners better understand fitness and nutrition. Overall absolutely an amazing podcast! Don't stop Jason and keep up the good work!
