Rank #1: EP 003: How My Morning Ritual Is Changing My Life
Having a morning ritual can completely change the flow of your day. Some morning rituals are all about productivity, getting things done before the kids wake-up, and others are more about self-care.
There is no right or wrong when you create your routine, it all depends on what season of life that you are in.
My morning ritual began when my husband was still working outside the home, as a way to build and grow my business. Since that time so much has changed in my life, I had a period of time where I’d jump out of bed and get started on my tasks for the day, but I am at a point now where being able to deeply focus on myself and self-care will be more beneficial to my day.
One last note, I used to be a night owl, but I knew how much more purposeful my days would be if I began rising her earlier. It was a process, but it was worth putting the effort in to switch to a early bird.

Rank #2: Ep 094: The 5 Biggest Mistakes Moms Make When Trying to Ditch the Clutter
When I started my journey to decluttering my home, I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out how to make it happen. At the time, I could only find help with organizing clutter, not clearing it - and I wanted to clear it out! I learned a lot along the way which is why one of my main missions is to help you declutter faster, quicker, and more effectively. I want to take you all the way to the other side of simplicity and experience the joy and freedom in half the time. So here are the 5 biggest mistakes I see people make (and I have made myself!) when it comes to ditching the clutter.

Rank #3: EP 086: Becoming Your Full + True Self with the Enneagram (with Enneagram Coach Beth McCord)
If you're unfamiliar, the Enneagram is a personality test of sorts, but it's so much deeper than that. It has been a vital tool in understanding myself, my husband, and my children better. It has helped me heal some serious wounds from being misunderstood. And it has really helped me feel more alive and confident in who I am! The Enneagram will guide you through transformation and growth as you walk through a simple three step process of discover, explore, and become to your truest self.
Beth McCord is a wealth of wisdom on this topic and I am so excited for you to hear from her perspective in this episode! Everything I talk about in this episode can be found HERE: http://alliecasazza.com/shownotes/085
Rank #4: EP 103: Decluttering 101: Where Do I Start?
It’s no surprise that my favorite thing to talk about is decluttering! Clearing the clutter is simplifying your life and creating an atmosphere of less so that you can focus more on what you want to be focusing on and what actually matters to you. This comes in many forms - physical clutter and mental clutter, heart clutter, calendar clutter, physical health clutter - all of that. And in this episode, we are going back to the basics of decluttering your physical stuff. I am going to help you figure out exactly where you should start! Let’s dive in!

You know the items you have laying around taking up space, but are too sentimental to throw away? Or the boxes full of toys your kids don’t play with anymore? What about the mountains of paperwork that are too important to get rid of? And the never ending rack of clothes that you don’t wear, or wear that often? Oh, and don’t get me started on the piles of stuff husbands leave around the house! If you find yourself glaring at any (or all!) of those things, then this episode is for you. Rank #6: EP 051: Eating Well + Exercising in Motherhood with Amanda Wilson
How am I supposed to be a mom who keeps humans alive all day, stays up all night with a baby, and focuses on living a healthy lifestyle? That sounds so overwhelming! Wellness, exercise and eating well should work with you, not against you. It all should fit into your life, not overwhelm you! And wellness looks different from season to season. We cannot put a standard on wellness that we expect to work in every season of our life. If we focus on obsessing over wellness we are putting more stress on ourselves, our kids and our husband because we are trying to squish a certain standard into something that's not going to fit.
Amanda Wilson is a well of wisdom when it comes to the mom life version of exercise, health, fitness, wellness and carving out that time for yourself. She strives to help others relieve the pressure of a wellness by sharing simplified approaches to living a healthy lifestyle.

Rank #7: Ep 111: A Simple Practice for Daily Happiness, Mindfulness & Making Decisions with Emily P. Freeman
Did you know that, on average, you make 35,000 decisions every single day? That is a lot and feels overwhelming! But decision making doesn’t have to be that way. If we shift our focus from putting off decisions, putting pressure on them, or ignoring them and we turn our focus to the next right thing, the whole decision-making process will be more fun and less intimidating!
Emily Freeman is the founder of an incredible movement called The Next Right Thing. She has a book and a podcast around this theory of focusing on the next right thing in front of us and the power that has in our decision making. Give yourself permission to stay in the moment and take action on the next right thing! (Like listening to this episode, because it is a GOOD one!)

Rank #8: Ep 065: The Beginner's Guide to A Minimalist Home
How do you feel when you walk your home? Do you feel happy? Calm? Overwhelmed? Angry? Depressed? Resentful? Blessed? Do you feel like you just don't even have time to care about how you feel? Because I've been there. And now I want you to answer this: How do you want to feel when you walk into your home? Do your answers to those two questions match? If not, I want to help you get to the place where they match and you feel good walking into your home.
There is a connection between minimalism and motherhood. We have to move beyond organization and dive deep into decluttering to experience the joy that comes with minimalism. Once we do that, we can truly enjoy motherhood more! I promise I'm not going to offer you some kind of ridiculous cleaning schedule or a set of tasks to check off every day, because that’s unrealistic. I am here to give you something that will last - I am giving you the gift of less so that you can have more.

Rank #10: EP 004: Positive Words For Your Children
Words can be an incredible way of bringing positivity into your life and the life of your children.
I’ve always been drawn to words. I can remember as a child and now as an adult looking back and realizing how special this was. I literally had a relationship with words. I’d make up stories. I’d take classic fairy tales and rewrite them into my own versions, I just loved being surrounded by words.
Words have always just been a really powerful passion in my life.
The other side of words are that they can slice deep, especially in marriage. Any flaw you have, is magnified 1000% in marriage. So, while words have been a crazy positive gift for me, they’ve also been a weakness.
However, it is most important to me to use words in a positive way. Words have shaped some circumstances of my life, and in today’s episode I want to share a how effective words have been in changing the behavior of my children.

Rank #11: Ep 095: Allie & Brian Get A Marriage Coaching Session From a Personality Expert
A few months ago I had Enneagram expert and coach, Beth McCord, on the show to discuss all things Enneagram. In this episode, Beth is chatting with Brian and I about the Enneagram in the context of marriage. It’s a fun coaching, therapy session! We get real vulnerable as we discuss our personality differences and the hot button issues in our marriage (everyone has one!). Beth helped us navigate how to handle issues that continuously come up in our marriage! We've seen a big difference in the mutual respect level between us and that is because Beth helped us understand each other’s personality! She is amazing and inspiring, and I know you will walk away challenged in your own marriage.

Rank #12: Ep 082: When It Feels Like Your Whole Life Needs A Reset
We have all hit the place of frustration in life where we know that something (anything!) needs to change. It feels like nothing is working. Usually it starts out with just one area. Whatever it is, it usually starts with one or two small areas that just aren’t working and you grow in your frustration. Then, the overwhelming thoughts begin. You feel like your life is a mess and you need a complete overhaul.
We all need a reset every once in a while; a fresh start. And I am here to help with that! I have done it many times before and I am sure I will do it many times again. So, when it just feels like your whole life's in ruins, you’re really frustrated, and it feels like nothing is working know that it is time (and it is ok!) to hit the reset button.

Rank #13: Ep 070: 6 Things I No Longer Purchase Since Becoming A Minimalist
As you know, I am all about simplifying things and making things better and lighter, making things work better for me and the season that I'm in right now. And through that, I have been getting really intentional with the things that I'm buying. Really questioning what's coming into my home and (like Nate Berkus says) “becoming a ruthless editor” of what I allow to take up space in the space that I live in. That matters and that's something to guard!
My goal is just to encourage you and show you that there's so much out there we don't really need to be buying. To encourage you to question why am I getting this or why am I buying anything not just things on this list. I really hope this episode will inspire you and make you think a little bit!

Rank #14: Ep 080: Creating A Cozy Minimalist Home with Myquillyn Smith "The Nester"
A book can teach you something new. It can inspire you to make positive changes in your life and can take you to a different level in your life. Reading is so important to me which is why I am excited for Allie Reads October here on the podcast! All month I am interviewing some amazing authors. We will talk about their books, life, and living a life of purpose and intention.
Myquillyn Smith is a blogger and an author. She's written The Nesting Place and her new book, Cozy Minimalist Home (which is right up my alley). Myquillyn and I talk about ways you can create a space that is both cozy and minimal in your home. She is really great at teaching her audience to create an atmosphere that allows them to live and focus on what really matters to them, and less about maintaining their stuff.
Use the hashtag #AllieReadsOctober to share with me this month. What are you reading? Did you get any of the books from the authors I’m talking to you about? Are you reading a different book? How are you taking this challenge to read more and putting it into action? I cannot wait to see what you share!

Rank #15: Ep 113: 3 Free, Powerful Ways to Water the Grass in Your Life Right Now
This episode is actually the audio from a live stream that I did a while back about the quote “The grass is greener on the other side because it’s fake.” The response I got on this was so overwhelming. A lot of people found it really raw and impactful. Most people loved it, but it ruffled a few feathers too.
This is one of those messages that needs to be shared and spread to the masses because it's so important. It’s so key, so impactful, and such a perspective shift. I’m excited for you to listen!

Rank #16: Ep 063: Life Hacks for Moms of Littles
Motherhood is chaotic, no matter which way you slice it. We could all use a helping hand from someone a few steps ahead of us. I’ve been a mom for nine years now. I had all four of my kids within five years and I rocked the stay-at-home mom thing for about seven years before I started my business from home and added that to the mix. If you are a mama who is “in the thick of it,” I have come up with these little tips and tricks that might make day-to-day life easier for you.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, whatever your circumstances are, just know that I'm here to lighten your load, give you a breath of fresh air and without actually being there, give you a hug, a little squeeze and say that we're all in this together. I hope that this episode does just that - lightens your load and makes you feel a little more hopeful and inspires you.

Rank #17: Ep 091: Delegation & Automation For Moms
Delegation and automation are hot topics in the business world, but they can also be applied to our personal lives - especially as mama’s! You don’t have to do it all! You can delegate to people outside of your home or you can delegate to your kids. You can automate things you know have to get done (like laundry and dishes) in order for your home and family to run smoothly. Trust me, delegation and automation will bring you so much freedom! And I hope this episode causes you to reflect and take action in some way to bring those things into your life!

Rank #18: Ep 018: Prioritizing Sex in Your Marriage w/ Sheila Wray Gregoire
As busy mom’s, we are in the hardest season when it comes to sex. We are exhausted majority of the time, we don’t feel sexy because things are leaking, we are being pulled on all day, and if we are being honest, sex isn’t our priority. We want it, but our bodies are too tired to do it. But sex isn’t just going to happen if we are waiting for it to happen. It has to be something that we start looking forward to. We need to have a different attitude and tell our bodies what to feel instead of waiting for our bodies to feel something.
In this episode, I am excited to sit down with Sheila Wray Gregoire to discuss Prioritizing Sex In Your Marriage. This episode is not light + it is not for tiny ears. We are talking about a lot of adult and marriage things. So, pop your headphones in and enjoy this episode alone! Make some space for yourself and enjoy!

Rank #19: EP 031: An Uncluttered Life
Living An Uncluttered Life goes beyond your physical possessions. It reaches out to other areas of your life such as your health, your calendar, your obligations, and even your friendships. What is this event doing for me? Is serving 3 days a week at this place bringing me joy? Does this person bring positivity or negativity to my life? Those are all questions we can ask ourselves as we start to live an uncluttered life. Bringing minimalism into these areas of our lives is so important and so healing. And by letting go of excess and removing what's not serving you, you are giving yourself space to have a more joy-filled life!

Rank #20: Ep 033: Cleaning Tips & Systems with Kendra Hennessy
Kendra Hennessy is the founder of Mother Like a Boss, a good friend, and a cleaning system and routine extraordinaire. She is truly amazing and full of really simple tips when it comes to cleaning and setting up cleaning routines for yourself. Cleaning is something we, as moms, do every single day. But, when you make your cleaning routine systemized and rhythmic, you don't have to really think about it all the time and it doesn’t rule your life anymore.
