We’ve been silenced, by our family or else, due to social and cultural commands, which still happens too often today.   How many times we didn’t followed our heart, scared by the possible lack of external validation? How many times we’ve been silenced or silenced ourselves to avoid having problems? How many times have we denied ourselves our own wishes, thinking they were impossible and sometimes even mocking ourselves for daring to wish?   Restoring our own voice is restoring our own power. Is being present in the heart. Is living with heart and mind coherence.  In this meditation, we will access our Book of Life to cancel the resignation of our own voice and “sign” a new contract, restoring it.  This is part of this post from my newsletter AKSAHA. Cuantas veces hemos negado nuestros deseos por nos sentirnos capaces de llevarlos a cabo y nos hemos, inclusive, ridiculizado por desearlo. Restaurar la propia voz es volver a encarnar nuestro poder. Es estar presente en el corazón. Es vivir en coherencia entre mente y corazón.
