Was your Instagram account hacked or disabled and you want to know how to get it back? Then this episode is for you.  My (Lynden Pope) Instagram account was visciously hacked last week, and it was a hassle trying to get it back. My research into the issue taught me two things:  1. Instagram and Facebook are not very helpful when these types of things happen 2. It's super important to protect your accounts using every security measure available I met people who lost their accounts nearly 8 months ago and are still fighting to get them back. I was determined to not end up like them, and I learned a few tips and tricks along the way that I can now share to help anyone who is going through something similar. In this age of social media, and more importantly, ann era where most os uf Millennials earn an income through our social media platforms, having your account hacked poses more of a risk than people realize.  There is so much information hackers can get access to through your account, and they can easily put your business, brand, and reputation at risk. Relationships and sex are two of those things that Millennials definitely have a uniqu perspective on. Millennials are a very unique generation with an even more unique set of struggles. We have our own view of success, and in fact, we're changing the way the world views success.  We feel a lot of pressure to reach certain milestones in life based on what society expects. Studies done by Psychology Today show that millennials are reporting the highest levels of clinical anxiety, stress, and depression than any other generation at the same age.
