How Do I Stop Thinking About My Ex?

A week ago I experienced my boyfriend's Mom passing. She dropped her body and moved on to the next level of existence. I've struggled with coming on the air because I was lacking words. I wasn't necessarily sad, I was just on a different dimension where words seem to not be important anymore hence the inability to express. Shout out to all life explorers. Authenticity is what I'm claiming as a value. It is my vehicle of transformation. It's impossible for me to censor myself when I want to be authentic. There is rawness in authenticity. Dr Andrew Huberman (@hubermanlab) and Lex Fridman (@lexfridman) are the "celebrities" of today for me and millions of science loving people out there. Because they show us authenticity. I proudly say that as a hypnotherapist I've learnt a ton of neuroscience from Dr Huberman and from I learnt that it's ok to come from the Eastern block, feel the way I am, be smart, be me and put myself out there in the way I feel right to connect with the world. The expression of helping people heal by learning about themselves. Both these amazing men are educators, scientists, explorers. Dr Huberman also is a huge proponent of hypnosis and self-hypnosis and I loved to hear him talk about it. Join me on this conversation about self discovery.

If there was a perfect way of being what way would that be? I like to talk in abstracts because it defines a universe for me. Each abstract word is the essence of an expression. I like to philosophize. It allows me to entertain scientific conversations with myself.  I like to ask universal questions and receive the answers that I get in the moment. What do you tell yourself when you create your reality? Are you kind to yourself or mean? Are you lifting yourself up or putting yourself down? Whatever you tell yourself, you create yourself as that. And that is self-hypnosis. Join me on this episode as we are looking at the alchemy of thinking.

Post Break-Up Feelings

Do we ever have the right words after a break-up?  A break-up feels so personal, because it is. Depending on the level of pain and hurt the you feel, you may dissociate a bit from it in order to get through it. A break-up shuffles your thoughts. I tend to retreat from others in order to process my sadness, and grief. I also would ask myself what I could have done differently. If you ask yourself that questions too, don't come from a place of guilt and shame. Because then you're already bias to making yourself wrong. As if it is your fault. That is crazy-making and inefficient. I don't recommend it. Use a different viewpoint. Could I have done something differently?  Healing is a process. Recovery is a process. I used to put myself under a lot of pressure when it came to healing an emotional wound. I would say things like: I should be feeling better by now. Something's wrong with me. What's wrong with me? Like there was something wrong with my healing timeline. Know that it takes as long as it takes. Gift yourself that time. What else is there more important to do? :-)  Because the resolution of this process will lead you to your next one.

Everything is energy. E-motions are energy in motion. But what happens when that energy is stuck, clogged up, blocked? What do you do about that? For me the intention is to live the best version of me, that means fulfilled, spent, expanded, like I did it right and I got it. Victimizing myself does not empower me. Living my truth empowers me. Facing Your Own Ego

the body is constantly communicating with us but mainly when things aren't in balance. The signs are there early and also clear if we listen and look If we don't get the signs, it will take longer to not only understand what's going on and why but also it will take longer to heal. When there is inflammation, the body will alert. Listen to its signs and language.

I felt this desire to empty the space around me while I also empty the space within me. Release the past to make room for the future, for new creations. And if you really want to experience pain, you can create new pain. You don't need to hold onto your old pain. Collecting is connected to storing, to accumulating, to the fear that there may not be enough tomorrow. Why letting go of this since I have it now, I should hold onto it. And wanting more. The flipping side of that is letting go of material goods and letting go of emotional luggage. Unpacking and releasing is making room for abundance, for new, for real expansion and unfoldment.
