The Three Things it Took to Double My Revenue Every Year

The journey of entrepreneurship is different for everyone. I started Fitnancial Solutions back in 2015 with just an idea and a logo but in 2019 things started to pick up and I started to take it more seriously. I've realized that these four things are what it took for me to double my revenue every year. I'm always reaching up, taking action, learning more, doing what needs to be done, and then trying again if I need to. It's about taking action. I also never sold information. Many entrepreneurs think value is in the information, but it's not. I give information away for free 24/7 because I'm charging for transformation. I also had to learn to trust people after learning mistrust in my corporate job. Finally, I changed my business model to better reflect our core values and we saw huge growth in this. * Find everything you need at www.keepwhatyouearn.com! https://www.keepwhatyouearn.com/ * Questions about this episode? When Can I Afford to Hire?

There are few tell-tale signs that it's time to hire (besides burnout). We can't wait to hire until we're so burnt out that we can't continue on. So how can you know when you can afford to hire? The key lies in your cash flow. You need to be aware of your cash flow forecast and how hiring will affect it. Consider the cost, but also how much time and money you can make with your freed-up time. Following these guidelines, I've been able to hire and build my business into what it is today! * Find everything you need at www.keepwhatyouearn.com! https://www.keepwhatyouearn.com/ * Questions about this episode? When it comes to business finances, many people broadcast their revenue numbers but don't really talk about their profit. Believe it or not, a lot of the businesses and influencers you follow may not be profitable. They can say they're a multi-seven-figure business owner or an eight-figure CEO, but what you take home is what really matters. That's why we named this podcast "Keep What You Earn." I want to make sure you're keeping more of what you earn. To help with that, in this episode, I explain how you can know if you are profitable and how to figure out what your profit is. * Find everything you need at www.keepwhatyouearn.com! https://www.keepwhatyouearn.com/ * Questions about this episode? Finding the Right Advice with Mike Jesowshek, CPA

As I was building my business, I consistently listened to podcasts. One of my staple podcasts was the Small Business Tax Savings Podcast, hosted by Mike Jesowshek. I am looking forward to today's episode because Mike is today's guest. We are actually doing a cross-over episode between our two shows. I took a lot of inspiration from his podcast as I was building my business so this is a really cool experience for me. I love how Mike can break down complicated tax subjects while still providing enough information to be really helpful. You'll hear us discuss how to decipher good advice online, how to find a professional who's looking out for you, and how to educate yourself on these types of complicated topics while also empowering yourself. We also touch on competition, how everyone is welcome in this space, and why he and I believe collaboration is so important. * Listen to Mike's podcast, Small Business Tax Savings Podcast: taxsavingspodcast.com * Join his free Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/taxsavings * Find everything you need at www.keepwhatyouearn.com! https://www.keepwhatyouearn.com/ * Questions about this episode? How Much Cash Should I Have in the Bank?

We often use cash as a financial thermostat that dictates how we feel about our business, but I don't want that to be the case for you as a business owner. I want you to think about cash objectively and as a metric to measure, not as a trigger for emotion. To help with that, I am going to unpack how much cash you should have in the bank at any given time. * Find everything you need at www.keepwhatyouearn.com! https://www.keepwhatyouearn.com/ * Questions about this episode?
