The King of Networking & Business Development

 Nicole Miller sits down with COO Joe Martino of Uprite Construction, one of California's elite full-service construction companies.  Joe actually started with Uprite back in Jan. of 2020 and with a new team, plus hardcore execution, they were able to hit a 700% revenue growth in a matter of 8 months!  Joe is a 30+ year construction veteran and has held many positions over his long career beginning as a  Superintendent and now COO of Uprite Construction.  Joe was a partner of Howard S. Wright and COO of HW&amp;A Structures.  He was responsible for overseeing the Southern California offices.  The company was sold to Balfour Beatty in 2011.
