To help us understand what vocational rehabilitation is, who is eligible, and what success looks like for both the individual and community, we turn to John Harper. John is the Chief Subject Matter Expert at Encorpe, and has 25 years working in vocational rehabilitation.
He has a Master’s degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling, a licensed professional counselor, a certified rehabilitation counselor, and spent many years in the Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation agency.
