Enhance your mind, alertness (and memory) with Nootropics

Nootropic is a term used to describe so-called “smart drugs” or “smart supplements” that can improve cognitive function. According to a 2016 study in Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, nootropics can improve memory, alertness, creativity, and attention. While there are prescription drugs considered nootropics, many prefer supplements, which may be a better and safer option to optimize brain performance—in today’s competitive world, many are also searching for a way to keep the brain strong and hopefully prevent age-related, progressive diseases, like as Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and others.-Artichoke Extract-Bacopa Monnieri-Forskolin-Ginkgo Biloba-Gotu Kola-L-theanine-Turmeric-Panax ginseng-XanthinesBased on my article: https://iherb.co/3TnCsoM8DISCLAIMER: This podcast is not intended to provide a diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.
