Today I am going to deep dive into some esoteric teachings that have once only been taught in very secretive schools called the mystery schools. Where ascended masters like Jesus &amp; Buddha learnt all about universal truths and karmic laws.  Back in those days talking about metaphysical and esoteric subjects would get you killed, so they needed to keep things very hush hush.  On today's episode we are going to explore:  - What is karma? - How do you change it? - How do I know that it know it’s been cleared!? Episode 30: Let's Meditate

One of the issues I find my clients have been faced with, is not knowing what they are capable of as an empath. The biggest issue is that they have been stuck on what has happened to them in the past, or anxious about the future, or stuck on the pain that they have been carrying with them.  Which keeps you so far away from being able to see what they CAN do, or what they are capable of, or even want out of life.  A healed empath is a powerful force and can change the energy in a room just by walking into it and being themselves. One of the issues I find my clients have been faced with, is not knowing what they are capable of as an empath. The biggest issue is that they have been stuck on what has happened to them in the past, or anxious about the future, or stuck on the pain that they have been carrying with them. Which keeps you so far away from being able to see what they CAN do, or what they are capable of, or even want out of life. A healed empath is a powerful force and can change the energy in a room just by walking into it and being themselves. Today I am going to share with you, things that I have found to be true about a healed empath. With the intention to inspire you to begin your own healing journey too! She shared her story and experience of having a narcissistic relationship and the effects that it had on her and what she had learnt and how she was able to grow from that experience.
