Welcome to Thriving, the podcast that acts as an outlet for host and self-proclaimed legend, Meysoun Khan, to present the findings from her eternal quest in search of self-enlightenment (with a sexy side of word vomit). Meysoun is embarking along the slippery slope that explores the difference between surviving and thriving. Listen as she overthinks and attempts to articulate the struggles she has encountered with mental health, confidence, love, pain, fear and whatever else has presented itself as a barrier to her personal growth and development into the bad b***h that she is. She hopes to open up more lighthearted, honest conversations about our fears, flaws, and favourite things - however deep or trivial they may be - and by doing so create a safe space for more open communication, relation and growth in all forms. Join her and guests as they discuss the turbulences of life, bring attention to the questions we either don't know to ask or are often too scared to, and allow us to get to know ourselves - and each other - and enjoy life a little bit more. Updated by OwlTail 18 days ago

Warning: This podcast has few episodes.

This means there isn't enough episodes to provide the most popular episodes. Here's the rankings of the current episodes anyway, we recommend you to revisit when there's more episodes!

Rank #1: "It's the caucasity for me" w/ Layla Shaheen

A conversation I had last week with my good friend, Layla Shaheen, following the absolute chaos after the attempted coup in Washington DC in the US (on the 6th January). I want to use this space to provoke thought/conversation/inspiration/action in any way I can. So whether it’s relating to our exasperation, more learning, understanding, empathy, confusion, rage - WHATEVER it is - I hope you can take something from this. You can find Layla on Instagram (@_laylashaheen) - she also has a YouTube channel you can check out (https://youtube.com/channel/UCB5D5eV7poJN8QKidp-8NJQ).

Happy New Year! Not a full episode - just a mini-reflection/train of thought to kick off 2021. I've been viewing making episodes for this podcast as a huge feat, so this is the 'plan' for how I'm going to proceed (which is to not have an actual plan at all!). Here's to a better year than the last one!
