From the research we’ve conducted an alarming 62.2% of people report experiencing burnout at work and of that 62.2 % the burnout is happening as often as daily - and the larger the company, the more employees reporting burnout.  This data shows that more than half of employees today may have negative feelings toward their job or be less productive because of burnout. The impact of burnout is more than just disengagement from their role it’s also both physical.
