A discussion with Billy Clayton. Billy is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor for Gardiner &amp; Theobald LLP. He completed his undergraduate degree in early 2020 at London's South Bank University whilst undertaking his RICS APC concurrently.  We discuss his route into becoming a construction professional from an 'on the tools' background as well as his academic experiences.
