She has published over 50 peer-reviewed research projects and is an active member of the Early Pregnancy Special Interest Group of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Seattle Gynecology Society, and the Babyquest Fertility Grant organization. Dr. Shahine is an accomplished author of her own blog and 3 patient-centered books on an integrative approach to fertility care and recurrent miscarriage, including her best-selling book, Not Broken. She is passionate about patient education and changing the conversation surrounding infertility and miscarriage from one of shame and guilt to one of support and empowerment.
