Episode 17 | A conversation author, innovation provocateur, and Founder of THE YEAR OF LIVING CREATIVELY.

Mitch's work is all about helping human beings get out of the box, tap into their innate wisdom, and express it in ways that are of service to others. Since 1987, he has been working, primarily, with forward-thinking organizations to help them become more innovative and collaborative. More recently, he has shifted his focus towards individuals — especially those who have realized they are being called to express their particular brand of genius in new and more creative ways. Storytelling is a big enabler of Mitch's work, as is humor, self-inquiry, and helping people master their own creative process.###Also Dear Listener, if you have any questions that you'd like answered in future episodes, please email them to meridithjoseph@gmail.comYour hosts of Are You Waiting for Permission? are Meridith Grundei and Joseph Bennett. Episode 15 | A conversation with the delightful and creative, Heidi Hunter

Heidi Hunter runs with scissors. Shifting from an international career as a mime, she finally found her voice at home, in her art studio where her heart sings in colour. An "artist's artist", Heidi is a gifted and experienced teacher, but mostly, a forever student. Deeply in love with the creative process, Heidi turns play into a sacred, lifelong healing practice. She lives in the middle of the Canadian prairies in an old schoolhouse, where visitors are greeted by a Little Parade, get hugged by trees, and get to spend time with an artist who is living an expressive and authentic life. It’s a life filled with improvisation, curiosity, and healing. You can learn about her life-changing experience with “flow” and her private Block Therapy™ practice https://www.untilnow.ca/aboutheidi Visit her art world at http://runswithscissors.ca/Also Dear Listener, if you have any questions that you'd like answered in future episodes, please email them to meridithjoseph@gmail.com###Your hosts of Are You Waiting for Permission? are Meridith Grundei and Joseph Bennett.
