14. You Don't Have to Think It Just Because It's True

This is one of my absolute favorite topics to think about and talk about right now. The fact that circumstances are neutral as they exist in the world. but as soon as they enter your mind they will no longer be neutral, even if you think they are. Something can be factual and circumstantial but as soon as you think about it, it will generate an emotion in your body. SO fascinating!I have spent a lot of time recently thinking a semi-factual thought that I've just thought "is true". Well, turns out it's not harmless to think about just because it can be considered a fact. And even if it, in my case, isn't necessarily harmful, doesn't mean it's useful or productive either!
