After 1 game and a string of injuries which resulted in multiple surgeries and the end of his career. He turned his attention to marketing and later went on to form Bastion Collective which is the largest independent marketing agency in Australia. Watts in now the CEO of The Reach Foundation. An amazing organisation co founded by the late Jim Stynes. Fergus tells us about how it all began for him at Reach way back as a teenager. We got so much out of this chat and hope you do too.

Don Elgin is a 4 time Paralympic medallist and all round great guy. Don was born without a left leg or left thumb, small toes, and webbed fingers on both hands; his malformed left foot was amputated shortly after he was born and he had open heart surgery at the age of three.  Don takes us through what it was like as a young kid in his situation and some of the teasing &amp; bullying he received which led to him at the age of 11 thinking about how he would end his life. A conversation with his father prompted him to think about his situation from a different perspective.  We speak about what it was like trekking Kokoda which Don has done multiple times and what it is like living with a prosthetic leg. Plucked from the SANFL as a 17 year old before he had even played a senior game for his SANFL side.  The path from then on was not smooth sailing. Traded, sacked and shipped across states. He paved a solid career once he settled at the Cats but still faced some adversities. Sando moved into coaching and that again has its bumps in the road.  He’s kicking goals now with his company Evolve Performance where he works to help professionals develop an elite mindset.

Keith Banks was on the verge of adulthood when he made the 2 hour trek via train to the police academy at 17 years of age. A career that would span 20 years. Keith found himself in situations some of us will only see on TV, from taking drugs for the first time at gun point to sitting beside a man as he pulled the pin on a hand grenade. This chat with Keith was eye opening to say the least and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Russell Manser loved the adrenaline rush of robbing banks. Not knowing whether he would walk into or out of the bank with an ambush of police waiting for him. Russell has regrets and remorse for the trauma he caused the innocent involved.  He has faced plenty of trauma throughout his life.
