Darcey, who runs an Instagram page called 'Not Just Physical', is an international sprinter who has battled with anxiety disorders from a young age.

Last year the 23-year-old became the first Brit to throw a javelin over 80 metres since 2012, but he has had to battle with a number of injuries in recent seasons and has two screws in his elbow.
