Rank #1: Rubber Soul - Part 1 - Theory of Relativity

So...is morality relative? Ask most people, and they’ll tell you it is: what’s true for me isn’t automatically true for you. But at the heart of moral relativity is an interesting assumption—that moral compromise compromises no one. What if there is a cost to moral relativity? A cost that you’re paying?

Rank #2: Dream Job - Part 1 - 9 to 5 with Purpose

Jeff Henderson
Many of us spend over 30% of our lives at a job and, according to Gallup, almost 80% of us are dissatisfied while we’re there. That’s rather depressing, isn’t it? We’ll spend almost a third of our lives on something that creates dissatisfaction. Are we okay with this?
Perhaps we need to hit the reset button and rediscover what “work” is all about and where it came from. When we do, we discover something remarkable: the idea that work came from our heavenly Father. It’s his idea. And when we understand work from God’s perspective, we discover the real meaning and purpose behind it.
When we discover the purpose of work, we discover that there is no such thing as a job without purpose. This means that all of us can experience something remarkable: a job with purpose, meaning, and satisfaction. In other words, a dream job.

Rank #3: On The Neck of Kings - Part 1 - Worst Case Scenario

So often our fears take us into a worst case scenario. What if I lose my job? What if she leaves me? What if everything falls apart? What if I get an incurable disease and die? Joshua and the nation of Israel discovered that God loves to do what everyone thought was impossible, and in the process they discovered that too often we stress over a battle that’s already been won.

Rank #5: Welcome To Wonderland - Part 3

We all wonder. When we fix our eyes somewhere other than on God, wonder leads to wander. If you’ve wandered from the faith or are looking for the door, it’s not because of Jesus. It’s probably because you’ve fixed your eyes on people, institutions, or a religion based on following rules. You may think Christianity requires mind-numbing, experience-denying faith, but what if that’s not true?

Rank #6: See The World - Part 3 - Time

We tend to view our time the same way we view our money—we spend, invest, and waste it. The question is: how does God view time? If we saw it as he sees it, it might affect the way we use our own.

Rank #11: Me and My Big Mouth - Part 3 - According to Code

Rank #12: Get Resilience in Relationships

One of the things that rattles us most are difficult relationships. Sometimes we need resilience when people are difficult, and sometimes we need to keep fighting for a relationship with someone we love. Often we need resilience to navigate a relationship we didn’t choose (like a co-worker or a neighbour). How do we bounce back when the gap grows between the reality of a relationship and the ideal that we would hope for? With conflict being a big part of relational challenges, how do we keep our composure? As we look at Paul’s life the answer may not be what we think.

Religion is basically how ancients understood the world, but science has taken us so far beyond that. If science explains or will explain everything, why do we really need God?

Rank #15: Me and My Big Mouth - Part 2 - Untameable

Like a small spark that has the potential to scorch an entire green forest, our tongues are untamable, with the power to control our whole bodies. But we can, by God’s grace, learn to control it.

How did they see people with double vision and how did they respond?

Why would anyone living today trust the Bible? After all, it’s so full of terrible instances of violence and oppression that it has to be both barbaric and outdated.
