Gary contracts the virus and watches as the remaining critters in the main lab become quiet and wait for an opportunity to dine. The now named “Agent Unknown” is still nowhere near becoming a known. To the dismay of everyone now noting that cows, sheep, horses, and many other herbivores lusting after entrails and brains, the worse is yet to come from a phone call from Tom’s mother announcing they are on the way for a visit. Can this get any worse?

4. Horses, Sheep, and Goats? Oh, My!

Trying to get a handle and a resolution to the zombie debacle, Tom, Gary, along with Lieutenant Hamilton and Officer Smyth try to locate the daughter of one of the first victims. Then off to question as to what modifications Zack made to the formula. Two infected cats are still unaccounted for as they try to isolate the unknown agent in the formula and hope to either end or reverse the infection and infestation of the zombification.

The zombies multiply like rabbits and rodents as the now duo with the prodding and threats of the police lieutenant to try to get a handle on what is causing the outbreak and demanding a resolution to stop it. The testing is driving the lieutenant crazy as they try to keep the lab critters at bay and from escaping. Two of the three officers that were bitten have now become victims as things spiral further out of control for the scientists.

Though the little herbivore had a surly and less than friendly disposition, they soon found that this characteristic was not out of the norm when other cute and otherwise cuddly creatures were exposed by accident when one of the trio is exposed and develops flu like symptoms. Things rapidly decline and a trail of madness and chaos ensues.

1. From Cute to Zombie

Tom, Zack, and Gary were working on a formula to complete their thesis to save humanity and earn their doctorates degree. This formula was intended to sustain life of a human being long enough to give the doctors enough time to work their magic to save the patient. Something happens along the way causing things to go horribly wrong that can only be described as insanity at best.

I&#39;m not trying to insult but inform the author. Take this as a draft. Now do your research. How do people earn PhDs? (not doctorates?) What&#39;s the language of physiology research and how do grad students talk to each other about their work? Would it be at all possible for one to keep any part of his work secret? Where&#39;s their advisor in this and the funding agency (NIH? CDC?) when it all goes south?  I hope no one believes cops, who get away with too much, would get away with blustering about violence toward grad students. (I just talked myself into believing that)

Learning language about the technology is key- it took me awhile to understand he was referring to using a spectrophotometer, for example. It sure sounded like the author thought these guys were working on their PhDs at a community college- that&#39;s a bit odd. 

The premise is unique and deserves better treatment.
