Rank #2: Dolly Parton Joins For King & Country For A Collaboration Of 'God Only Knows'

“It was like God spoke,” Parton said. “I thought so many people with all their problems … I just felt like this song touched everything people struggle with. There’s just such a peace and love and sweetness about it, and I really think this song says what we need to be hearing right now.”
Parton joined the duo – comprised of brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone – for a remix of “God Only Knows” and a new music video. Both will be available at 11 p.m. CT Thursday. The video will premier on YouTube and the song will be on all music streaming services.
“Hearing her sing that chorus and those words, it’s a little bit out-of-body as both artists and writers,” Joel Smallbone said. “It’s that rare moment when you’re like, ‘That’s always how it was meant to be.’ It’s pretty remarkable.”

Rank #4: Are You An Ambivert?

We’re chatty enough that we can pass for full-on extroverts when we want to, but our sudden and immediate need to lounge on the couch and watch Netflix when we’ve hit our socializing limit is distinctly introverted. If you’ve got an extroverted introvert in your life, we require you to handle us with care, please and thanks.
Here’s what you need to know about us.

Rank #14: We Walk By Faith, Not Feelings

Maybe you've been there. Maybe you have prayed for something--healing, deliverance, reconciliation--for so long that you feel like your prayers are futile. Can I encourage you today? God's ability to work powerfully in your life has nothing to do with whether or not you "feel it." You will go through periods where you run out of words, but the Spirit takes your wordless heart groans, carries them to the throne of God, and sets them before the Father as incense (Rom 8:26, 27; Ps. 141:1-2).
Not only that, but Jesus, the author and perfector of your faith, sits at the right hand of the Father interceding for you, for it is what he lives to do (Heb. 7:25). I've said it a million times and I'll say it a million more: we walk by faith, not feelings. You are kept; you are held. And if you need prayer today, let me know in the comments. You don't have to tell me why: the Spirit already knows. It's my joy and my honor today to lift you up before your Heavenly Father.

Rank #16: Is Love A Noun Or A Verb?

God's love is nothing like ours. When we think of love, we think of it as a noun, a thing, a feeling. Our love waxes and wanes like the tide, shrinking and swelling according to the loved one's behavior toward us.
Notice this verse: "Yet the LORD set his affection on your ancestors and loved them, and he chose you, their descendants, above all the nations--as it is today." - Dueteronomy 10:15
The Lord "set his affection" on his people. In God's economy, love is a verb, an action. He loves with a joy-filled determination that has nothing--nothing--to do with how the loved one behaves or whether or not they love him back. Our love is unstable, God's love is steadfast, stubbornly refusing to back down. He pursues to the end, patiently, persistently, passionately.
Why is this good news? Because there is nothing about you and me that makes us lovable to God. There was nothing about Israel that would cause God to choose them. God didn't choose Israel because of what they did, he chose them in spite of what they did. God didn't set his affection on them because of who they were, he set his affection on them in spite of who they were.
In the same way, friend, God didn't choose you because of what you do, or did, or are doing, he chose you in spite of what you do. God doesn't love you because of who you are, he loves you in spite of who you are.
