Rank #1: R.I.P. Ed Farmer
This week's "Descent Into The Archives" features some classic Ed Farmer appearances on the Steve Dahl radio show from 1996 to 2006. There was no better person than Farmio, and he will be forever missed, not just by Sox fans, but anyone who ever knew him. Rest in peace, Brother.

Rank #2: Jay Leno - October 13, 1983
Steve and Garry used to be tight with Jay Leno back in the day. He would play Zanies on Wells Street. He would sometimes bring in Fireplace Inn ribs, and just generally made everybody laugh. Then he got the Tonight Show, and there was some distance. Sad...
Steve has always suspected it's because he and Garry did that week of late night on CBS. Not that they were any threat to The Tonight Show, but Jay did send them an oddly mean note. They got a nice one from Arsenio, though.
