Join the gang this week as they sit behind the mic one last time…yes you read that correct, the last time. Over the last several years it has been quite the journey. There have been several hosts and listeners that have had such a huge impact on the show that we couldn’t possibly name them all. Now you may be thinking that this a bad , but remember change isn’t always bad. Not a single one of us is going to be leaving the hobby we are just looking forward to being an average, everyday citizen. As you listen to this week’s show we ask that you would go on this journey with us. We reflect back all the way to the beginning, remembering those times that had the largest effect on us. We want to thank every single listener for downloading the show and ultimately being apart of something so much larger…The Nation. For the final time we thank you for listening, we thank you for supporting us and we thank you for taking this journey with us.

Would you rather have one of each type of helicopter (nitro, gas or electric) or one of each size? As we mature in this hobby our preferences may change and what is important to us one year may not be the next year. This week the guys spend some time talking through what they prefer and what makes them happy within the hobby. For some that is owning one of each size helicopter while for others it’s just having a flying helicopter every time they go to the field. Don’t forget we are always looking for questions to answer live on the show. You can send them in to firstname.lastname@example.org!

Listen in this week as the guys dive into a semi technical topic. In the hobby it has become more and more common to make the tail boom and canopy out of carbon fiber, but unfortunately this is bad news for our antennas and receiver reception. The show this week covers the different types of antennas and the proper placement for each. The guys specifically hit on how to deal with carbon fiber and ensure you won’t have any reception issues. Even if you have a normal fiber glass canopy and aluminum tail boom there is still plenty to learn from this show.

Listen in to the live recording from the one and only RCHN 4 Fun Fly! This event was an absolute blast and as expected was even better than last year. The feedback we received from the many pilots who attended was beyond humbling and we want to thank everyone who attended for coming out and supporting the event. Everything from the pilot competitions, night flying and even the late night shenanigans made this fun fly an unforgettable one. An event like this would not be possible without some amazing companies to help us out. We owe a huge thank you to MKS and Hobbywing for stepping up to the plate to help make this fun fly possible for everyone. Without further or do, kick back, grab a cold beverage and enjoy the show!
