Tim Eggebraaten has been a police officer since 1992 and had many different roles during his career with the Detroit Lakes, MN Police Department – DARE Instructor, Patrol Sergeant, Investigative Sergeant, K-9 Handler, and Chief of Police from 2011 – 2016. Tim retired from the DLPD in November 2016 after 24 ½ years in law enforcement and 3 years as a correctional officer in Clay County, MN. Tim and his wife, Denise, have three sons and make their home in Detroit Lakes.    Like everybody else, Tim faces the challenges of balancing family life with the rigors of the career and trying to keep himself physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy. The emotional roller coaster of police work started to catch up with Tim during his tenure as Chief of Police and it reached a critical point when one of his best friends and partners took his own life on May 13th, 2012.    Tim began talking about his own career path and leadership journey in 2016 and found that talking with others about personal and emotional topics really helped in his own healing process and learned that others can benefit from knowing that they are not alone in their own journey.    Tim will talk (and sing) with your organization about keeping the harmony in our lives and finding that balance sothat we can truly be successful in all aspects of our lives. Heidi Marie Harris is the Associate Concertmaster of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. Her first job with the SLSO was as a section violinist, which she won while still attending the New England Conservatory during her senior year of college. A few years later she secured a section position in the Chicago Symphony where she remained for three years. Ms. Harris then returned to St. Louis as the Assistant Concertmaster and shortly thereafter earned her current position as Associate Concertmaster.   Ms. Harris began her musical studies on the piano at age three, and began studying the violin at age four. At age 13, she made her solo debut with the Utah Symphony under the baton of Joseph Silverstein, returning again to solo with the same orchestra at ages 15 and 19. After graduating high school from the Interlochen Arts Academy, Ms. Harris earned her Bachelor of Music degree from the New England Conservatory, attending under full scholarship. Ms. Harris also served as an extra violinist in the Boston Symphony Orchestra under Seiji Ozawa, and participated in recordings with Bernard Haitink and tours with the Boston Symphony while still in school.   Ms. Harris’ solo career has included recitals in the U.S. and Europe in such venues as the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston and the Mozarteum in Germany. In her concerto appearances with the St. Louis Symphony, Ms. Harris has worked with maestros Nicholas McGegan, David Robertson, Leonard Slatkin, and John Storgards conducting. As well as recitals and solo performances, Ms. Harris has served as guest concertmaster for the Amarillo Symphony, the Phoenix Symphony, and the Seattle Symphony.   Ms. Harris currently teaches violin students privately, as well as through Webster University in St. Louis where she is a member of the adjunct faculty.    In 2010 Ms. Harris was presented with the Mabel Dorn Reeder Award. This award is given every five years and was created to recognize exceptional musical leadership as well as contribution in the community. Ms. Harris was the first person to be honored with this award.

John Moseley has begun his sixth year as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. In addition to his basketball duties, John also is beginning his fifth year as the university’s Director of Athletics. During his time in Jefferson City, Moseley has led the Blue Tigers to four straight winning seasons for the first time in 40 years. His student-athletes have also performed consistently in the classroom, with the team earning a 3.19 GPA in the spring - which included one student-athlete graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA in physics and mathematics. On the administrative side, John played a big role in the university’s partnership with JC Parks which resulted in the construction of a wellness and recreation facility known locally as the LINC. The university has also undergone renovations to many of its athletic facilities. Throughout his tenure in Jefferson City, John, his wife, Crystal, and his soon-to-be 10-year old daughter, Jillian, have been active in the local community. Their involvement has helped contribute to the growth of the Blue Tiger Athletics Club, Lincoln’s booster organization.
