2019 Halloween Part 2: Feat Ben Thietje and Amanda White

I had so many ghost stories from guests this year, I had to split up the Halloween episode in to TWO parts! How sweet is that?! Part 1 features contributions from Leah Ottman, Sarah Bizek, Ted Held, Regan Smith, Taylor Baldry, and Tim Lovett. Stay tuned for Part 2 in the coming weeks.

Adult Friends is a show exploring ways in which people make and keep friends after the safety net of a school structure has gone away. Modern adult life involves prioritizing certain things, such as marriage, children, careers, and jet-setting across the world. These are all important considerations as we hurdle towards the grave; however, in my opinion, adult friendship gets under-valued, and I'd like to hear some stories about it.

The government might still be shut down, but Adult Friends is back for Season 2! Episodes will be released every two weeks this season, as the previous arrangement (every week) almost killed me.  I met Regan, Taylor, and Tim a number of years ago through Common Roots connections. In 2013, they started an organization called, "Grown Up Club," which facilitated activities for adults to get to know each other, such as the comedy exchange and the singles exchange. GUC is unfortunately no longer with us (RIP), but fortunately Regan, Taylor, and Tim survived.  Glad to be back. I hope you've been well.
