I am so excited for you guys to hear this one. Last week, I had the chance to interview my good friend and mentor, Jason Phillips.

Over the past several years, Jason has pioneered how we look at nutrition coaching and has created success for thousands of clients throughout his career. He is the founder/CEO of iN3 Nutrition as well as the Nutritional Coaching Institute (the certification that I came up through).

I knew going into this interview that it was either going to be the easiest, or the hardest, interview I've done yet. Reason being there are so many rabbit holes to go down in a conversation with Jason.

We dove deep into the importance of creating clarity around what it is that you actually want, why balance is just a buzzword with little actual meaning behind it, and how you can see the long term success that you've been after.
