There is a level of respect that one earns when they find a career they want to be in and work their way from the bottom to the top with little to know experience, building a personal brand within the industry that signifies loyalty and consistent hard work on the way to something quite special &amp; Pete Sofo has done all of that and more! There is a sense of pride and resilience one has to have to be able to handle the ups and downs of a volatile Australian music scene, to be able to rise and build your own Agency alongside mentors Smiley &amp; Grant Smiley - 360 Agency not only becomes Australias leading booking agency for EDM &amp; House music representing the likes of Ruby Rose, Grant smilie, John Course to name a few BUT the team would go on to get 2 Arias for TV rocks “flaunt it” in 2008 &amp; Feenixpawls Smash hit “In My Mind” 2012 which goes bananas globally. Tv rock even knocked silver chair off their perch for longest track at no.1... To then pivot your business model and set up a boutique festival - The Royal Croquet club, which went for 3 years and attracted well over 100,000 guests through its gates in its final year and certainly left a lasting impression on the Melbourne event landscape. But You wonder how would you manage all these acts, their personality differences, their expectations- It would be like being their Manager, Their Dad, Their Counsellor, Friend, therapist all rolled into one! He has received accolades from Music Legends Stevie Wonder and Smokey Robinson and is considered one of the greatest Soul and R&amp;B Singers that Australia has produced.  After being invited by Stevie Wonder to sing at his Daughter Sophia’s 16th birthday, Stevie accompanied Gary playing music from one of their favourite artists, Donny Hathaway.  Gary's musical background includes fronting the multi platinum selling band, CDB, widely regarded as pioneers of R&amp;B music in Australia, who reunited to release a record in 2017 through Warner Music.  Gary has also written songs for a number of Australian artists including Jimmy Barnes, Guy Sebastian, Anthony Callea, Christine Anu, Mr Timothy, Jade Mcrae, and American Blues Legend Janiva Magness, receiving a Grammy Nomination for his writing on the album, ‘Love Wins Again’. Gary co-wrote the World Youth Day Anthem for 2008 with Guy Sebastian, which was heard by up to 4 billion people worldwide.
