Devin and Drew pray for the Namekian Gods to end this plague of mundane filler. Guru entrusts Krillin with a Dragon Ball, presumably so that he has a literal ball to drop when he is put on the spot later. Krillin then sells his soul to the Namekian Jesus in exchange for some bullshit pseudo powers. And like a good Christian he immediately rushes back to the cave to convert his friend Gohan. Meanwhile, it would seem that Vegeta also found Jesus after barely surviving his baptism.

Devin, Drew and Adam continue calling the action as Goku uses his rudimentary grappling skills to buy time for Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon. We discuss Nappa's idea to breed an army of Saiyan-Human hybrids, Vegeta's plan to exterminate Earth, and (most importantly) the size inconsistencies of the Saiyan's space-pods.

Devin, Drew, and Adam have ringside seats for the Kaiju battle of the century! In this week's episode Gohan gives us an unexpected history lesson in Ancient Hindu Sanskrit, Devin reveals his strange affinity toward friendly robots, and we enjoy a three-course meal of: steamed mushrooms, snake & scorpion sandwiches, and... nimbus clouds? Itadakimasu!

Devin and Drew dive head first into HFIL to explore one of the most infamous DBZ filler episodes of all time! Goku competes with Goz & Mez in a mixed bag of physical contests (all of which King Yemma did before it was cool), and we take a moment to reflect on where we were when they built that ladder to Kami's Lookout.

Devin and Drew are dissapointed to find out that in the wake of all the sexual misconduct in Hollywood, Master Roshi is the latest to be accused of harrassment in the workplace, and consequently will be removed from all future episodes of Dragon Ball Super. In this weeks breakdown, we take a look back in the past to the birth of Nappamania! We have some more fun playing matchmaker with another great fantasy bout in Yajirobe vs Mr. Satan! And lastly we savor a beloved moment in Dragon Ball Z history where a certain someone gets dealt with in epic fashion!!

Devin and Drew head over to Tien's place for some lunch. Launch hired too many cooks, and they have prepared a lovely spread of Dragon Ball Filler. We meditate over who would win a hypothetical telekenetic battle of minds between Tien and Piccolo; meanwhile the planet is falling apart and Gohan is forced to channel his inner Italian plumber!

Devin & Drew are in attendance at Other World's Open Mic Comedy Night, but unfortunately the line up is Goku, King Kai, and a random monkey. Judging by the cricket sounds, it isn't going very well... oh wait, that's just Gregory. In today's educational episode we learn that bad jokes in Japanese translate to even worse jokes in English. We also call in primate expert Jane Goodall to aid us in uncovering Bubbles' origin story. We propose many plausible theories, so let us know which one you believe to be true!

Devin and Drew strap on their tin foil hats and ask the age old question, "Does the moon really exist?" Piccolo proves to be a skeptic as well, destroying the Space-pod projector, along with any chance of the Z Fighters using the Saiyan technology to gain an advantage in the forthcoming battle. And speaking of Space-pods, Drew is still racking his brain over how the Saiyans fit inside of them. Could this be the episode where we finally solve this impossible conundrum?? Well, no... but Goku has finally reached the end of Snake Way, so who gives a shit!

Devin and Drew blame their delayed episode releases on Namek's confusing daylight saving time. In today's episode we get a valuable science lesson. Planet Namek has three suns, Namekians are green because they have chlorophyll, and birds CANNOT breathe underwater!

Devin and Drew hate playing space! In today’s episode, Goku finds himself in a real “127 hours” situation after a magnetic storm fucks over the carbonator on his spaceship. Hanging upside-down at 100x gravity and barely clinging to life, Goku fires a Kamehameha Wave at the cable wrapped around his ankles in a desperate attempt to free himself. And like you would expect, the Kamehameha bursts right through the cable and into the side of the ship causing a rapid decompression and killing Goku almost instantly! Well, that’s not exactly what happened… but Goku does learn the hard way that he cannot regenerate limbs like his good buddy Piccolo after accidentally blasting his own legs off with the close range Kamehameha! No, no, no, that didn’t happen either…. but you can imagine what it’d be like if it did, right??

Happy Thanksgiving! We are celebrating today with a "leftover" episode that honestly should have been tossed in the garbage. But as the #1 Dragon Ball Z podcast in the world, we have a duty to cover every single installment in the beloved franchise. Unfortunately that includes the vastly inferior movies which, to our great disappointment, are not as enjoyable as our childhood memories have led us to believe. And 'The Tree of Might' is no exception to this, so if you have fond memories of the film I strongly suggest you do not revisit this one. It will surely let you down, as it did us. Without further ado, please enjoy this "bonus" episode we recorded months ago, but were reluctant to release until now.

Devin and Drew saw the Funimation/Crunchyroll split coming, but they were caught completely off guard by the Disney buyout! Vegeta, Prince of the Saiyans, has become dissatisfied with his space-pirate life and is now fascinated by the underwater world. Vegeta ignores the warnings of Lord Frieza, and his Jamaican crab-servant, Zarbon, that contact between Saiyans and Sea Creatures is forbidden. With his new best friend Flounder, he successfully escapes from Lord Frieza's Ship, and rapidly flees to the sea in search of the Dragon Balls. Will Vegeta obtain all seven Dragon Balls and wish for the Eternal Dragon to transform him into the Mermaid he identifies as? Tune in next time!!

That dirty Frieza won't stand a chance!

Devin and Drew open up a full on investigation of the events that occurred in this weeks episode. We attempted to solve all of the island's mysteries, but we ended up with more questions than answers. Where is the island and how did Gohan get there? Is Gohan dead and the island is purgatory? Is Dick Wilson a real tiger or a product of Gohan's sleep, food and water deprived mind? Does the Ox King make good pancakes? Who's timeline is it anyway?? Tune in to find out!

Devin and Drew sit down with Ol' Scratch and watch their favorite episode. Goku finally get's his hands on some senzu beans and checks out of the hospital in a hurry. Master Roshi may or may not have subsequently acquired Goku's perscription of quaaludes for some sort of Cosby-concoction. Meanwhile on Namek, the search for the Dragon Balls continues. Frieza, lacking in Dragon Radar technology, decides to go door to door like a Jehova's witness until he finds them all.

Krillitine, BROTHER!! Krillin and Gohan spend the majority of the episode running from Dodoria, who is eager to ram his fist into their stomachs and break their goddamned spines! We also pitch a few movie ideas for Toei Animation to consider. Less Broly, more Nappa!

As Goku trains his ass off in the harsh conditions presented by the artificial gravity machine, Frieza conserves energy on his space scooter rolling around from door to door searching for Dragon Balls like he's in the snack aisle of a Walmart. Meanwhile Vegeta goes full Patriot Act, tapping everyone's phone calls to gather intel and plot his next move.

Devin and Drew release their final episode before the podcast is scrubbed from the internet permanently by the establishment. Dodoria has uncovered some horrifying evidence of conspiracy! Vegeta has joined forces with known globalists Gohan and Krillin to steal the Dragon Balls for their Satanic rituals. The destruction of Planet Vegeta was not caused by a meteor, but was actually an inside job orchestrated by Hillary Clinton.... I mean Frieza!! Either way he is a god damned demon who used dark matter and weapons of mass destruction to erradicate the Saiyans. And let's not forget that Master Roshi is an interdimensional vampire who is sucking the youthful essence of children through an off-world entity. WE HAVE THE DOCUMENTS!!!
