He started his career as a banker in New York but quickly realised the dream wasn’t the dream and co founded a couple high end restaurants called Cosme and ATLA, Cosme is now the number one Mexican restaurant in the world outside of Mexico. And currently he is in the preparation of launching the 1st ever proper Padel Club in the heart of New York City. I am quite excited to hear all about the project so let's jump straight into the episode.
