Grace, you’ve got some great content and an obvious passion for your field. Without the knowledge of how to properly record a podcast or conduct an interview you’re unfortunately going to have a difficult time growing and attracting the type of audience you’re looking for. Please invest in some quality audio recording gear and find a location that eliminates the echo that’s present in all of your episodes. I’d also suggest brushing up on how to speak without using filler words. It’s especially off putting to listen to an interviewer responding to an interviewee with lots of “ok”, “uhh huh”, and other words that don’t add anything to the content of the conversation.

You’ve got a great thing here and if you make some changes you’re going to go far!
