What we're going through right now is terrible. It may not be the worst that many of us have ever been through, but for others, it is the worst. It's something they could never imagine. It's what they read in the horror story or seen in a horror movie except in this case it's real.

All of this brings on worry, stress, and depression. Without fail, we are all going through these feelings right now. Will it end? It will end, but when is the question?

I don't have the answer as to when. I just know it will end, and we will deal with everything that has happened and will happen in the future. We just need to define how.

I don't feel enough is being said out in the world about the skill of listening. Yes, there are courses you can take or learn from a coach, but it's never enough. Over the years, I have continued to learn the art and skill of listening. It may have to do with a person's accent or maybe the music genre I'm listening to. The thing is listening is a never-ending learned skill. Never quit listening.

Throughout the day, I make substitutions when working on ideas for the newsletters and podcasts. Lyrics in the song Bye Bye Love by The Cars was the perfect title for this podcast. I didn't have to substitute a thing.
