Rank #2: Ep 19 - Power to Your Word in 2021

Heyyyyyy I’m Back and it feels so good to be recording again and being inside your ears ha!

End of last year I sent out an email with some really valuable information to complete the year and how to create your next year powerfully (If you are not on my email and would love to get my letters of love DM me) this episode was breaking that down even further.
I want you to really start to SHOW UP in HER Power fully everyday in a way that feels amazing for you and create you the results in your life.
Enjoy Queens here’s to 2021 xoxo

Rank #3: Ep 18 - A Moment of Reflection

Yerp, our last episode of this year.. HOLY MOLEY!!!!
This year has been a test to all of us in so many ways. For me, it has really SHOWN me what’s important to me and what’s not. I’ve chosen in every single moment this year to learn from it and allow it to be the reason I continue to grow and evolve forward even when I felt the most squeezed.
I don’t wait until the end of the year to reflect, I do it DAILY but as I have been looking over 2020 the past week I wanted to share with you things I learned about myself rather than this time of year been more ‘busy’ or ‘overwhelmed’. I’m allowing myself FULL permission to slow down and reflect.
I believe YOU have in you right now to just start whatever that is not wait until a new year to start being who you're here to be.
Also a huge THANK YOU for this year, tuning in and your support. I am so bloody grateful and I love this space that we share here and can not WAIT to bring more and more for you in 2021.
You are a bloody Queen and I appreciate you so much! xoxo

Rank #8: Ep 13 - Creating Confidence: Interview with Erika Cramer

Welcome to today's episode. I have a gorgeous, incredible special guest on today's podcast that I am so freaking excited to share with you all.
And it is nothing more than herself, the queen of confidence, Erica Cramer.
I've been obsessed with her for quite some time now, she is an international confidence coach
and she is a popular five-star podcast host herself, the Confidence Chronicles Podcast.
So Erica is the "Cardi B" of the personal development world. Let's put it that way. She is full flavored, spicy, international speaker with a really large dose of heart and humor. And I've just really connected with her from the moment that I found her and what she's a stand for. And what she does.
After surviving many traumatic experiences throughout her journey from
childhood sexual abuse, being in and out of the foster care system, car accidents, and a whole lot of loss. Erica is a beaming and a beautiful example of how you can heal your personal story
to transform trauma into triumph.
And her mission is clear and she's so unstoppable, creating a global empowered
community of women who want a deep connection, accountability, and encouragement
to go for the life of their desire. I am so privileged to not only be interviewing her today, but to also be in her space of the sisterhoods and for what she's a stand for.
She has traveled the world, sharing her voice and her message. And I was so lit up when she
said yes, babe, let's do it. And we had such a great time on this episode,
I'm so fricking keen for you guys to hear this, how to create some confidence within yourself and be who you are here to be.
So let's welcome, Erica Kramer.

Rank #10: Ep 11 - Stop Making it Difficult for Yourself

This is too hard..
Why is it so hard..
It shouldn’t be this hard..
Omg that was so hard..
Are you making things harder than they need to be?
In this Episode I talk about how we actually get to have things be really simple and create more ease in our day to day lives and our goals
Instead of being a person who is always looking at everything with their ‘this is hard’ lens we become a person who sees the world thru ‘how do i make this be simple’
