How to worry less and stay calm

A LOT is going on. I would have never imagined living in a world like this to be honest. Things are really crazy and I've accepted that there's not much I can do about it. This is indeed a stressful time concerning almost every aspect of your life and you're not alone. This pandemic is affecting EVERYONE financially, emotionally and mentally. I don't know the specifics of it and I'm very lucky to be quarantining in my comfy home and with great chocolatey snacks. What can I should I complain about? While scrolling through my Instagram and Facetiming my friends, I would be an utter disappointment if I complain.So here I am rounding up the book by Dale Carnegie 'How to worry less and start living', I personally found it very useful to manage stress and in these times it will help you with any anxiety and keep you calm. Focus on what you can control. Best,Nabeelah
