Stop Assuming And Just Ask
Being a better coach means asking rather than assuming. So stop assuming you know what someone wants based on their size, gender, or age!!! Whether it be about their goals, their adherence to their program, or their progress, assumptions are dangerous signs we aren't truly getting to know our clients and what THEY want, what THEY need.
