However progress in increasing the numbers of women in engineering leadership is slow.With this podcast, Women in Tech At Work or WIT At Work for short, I would like to change that. My goal is for this podcast to be a resource for women that demystifies how to level up to senior engineering leadership from the perspective of women who have done it.
