#27 Ryan Wells AZ Dirt Bike Training
When we are going into adulthood, we tend to think we need to have it all figured out. Arguably we are told that we should have it figured out by influencers and sometimes even our own parents. This can be very frustrating especially if we do not know what we want to do, or who we want to be. Ryan grew up on a dirt bike like so many other great athletes. However his career on a bike came to a stop after a divorce between his parents. He then picked up BMX biking with some friends and crushed it at the park. The thing is about a dirt bike though, you cannot escape the feeling you get twisting the throttle and sending it down a trail, through a whoop section, up and over a rock, or up a gnarly sand mountain. That feeling cannot be replaced, and such was the case for Ryan. After getting back on a bike, riding and racing, Ryan found himself working at a shop helping others fix up their own bikes or prepping them for races. After so many individuals requesting his help personally to prepare for their races, Ryan decided to give training sessions a try. That was when he fell in love with serving others and creating a business around training others to succeed.

#04: Kyle Brothersen YouTuber Dirt Bike Channel
How often do you come across a YouTube channel that puts out content that pulls you in, making you feel like YOU are operating the dirt bike? Kyle Brothersen has done just that with his YouTube channel Dirt Bike Channel. Kyle invited me to his home and we sat in his office next to his computer where he makes it all happen. Kyle was born to ride, but he just did not know it until he was a little bit older. He guides us through his childhood and how he was first introduced to four wheelers which at the time he considered the rival dirt bike not quite a fitting machine for himself. As he grew and was introduced through friends to the 2 wheeled dirt machines, Kyle has proven to himself that he belongs in the industry and has taken the role of helping others seek their passion in the industry. Kyle does not only make YouTube videos, but he also teaches courses on riding, gives gear away, rides amazing off-road country, and GIVES DIRT BIKES AWAY! I could not have asked for a better opportunity to learn about how to follow a passion, dream, and career than with sitting down with Kyle and listening to his story, and I know you will enjoy it to! The motorsports industry is a great place to grow and learn. Success comes easy to some because they are in the right place at the right time or they were raised racing and got sponsorships at a young age. For the other 98% people in the industry, they have to figure it out on their own which can take years! Rich Larsen fell into that 98% but has risen and is now in the lower percent class of riders! In this episode Rich explains that even though we are not raised in the industry with parents that race, you can still find success and sponsorships plus there is lots of room for growth! Follow Rich as he continues to chase his dreams and helps others along the way! https://www.instagram.com/richlarsen511/ https://www.facebook.com/rich.larsen.370

#20 Zak Collings Rider for Boondockers Film
I've personally known Zak for over a decade. He is one of those guys that is naturally talented on a bike or a sled and honestly whatever sport he tries, he has the ability to excel quickly. It took about a year to get out schedules to line up but I was finally able to sit down and record an episode with him. If you are unfamiliar with Boondockers Film, the videos are of the previous snowmobile season and are filled with big cliff drops, big kickers (jumps), and as the title states, boondocking. Each member of the film has a different set of skills. But they all are driven to be as successful as possible in the backcountry. These guys work hard so they can play hard!

When you grow up on a large farm, you are exposed to the motorsports industry at a young age. This is the case for Pro Hill Climber Keith Bailey. Growing up with a hardworking father that had a passion for riding sleds and doing whatever he could to squeeze out more power and offset the power to weight ratio, Keith was exposed to great possibilities that would assist in his future riding career. Keith shares how he takes his business skills he learns running a business with his father and applies them to his hill climb racing. He explains how the average rider can become sponsored, a professional, and make it to the top of the hill. #14 Eric Vaughn VO Gloves
Have you ever been frustrated when you have to take your glove off while out riding, especially when you are wanting to record your best friend hitting the perfect line then bail into the trees, but you couldn't because you that frozen zipper would not open fast enough, and now you are stuck with just a memory? Sounds too familiar? Eric Vaughn had an idea. He took a perfectly good pair of snowboarding gloves which he cut a C shape from one side of the wrist to the other so he could pull his hand out and to get his camera and phone from his pocket then put his hand back into the glove without compromising the sealed part around your wrist. VO Gloves have been around for almost 2 decades and most people that have older versions, still use them to this day and love them! Follow Eric as he brings ideas to life with the gloves. You will be left wondering "why didn't I think of that?"
