#12 Philosophy, Habits, Vulnerability and Consciouness 

In this episode I come with the words that first touched my heart to take the first step to work on my dreams. It was early 2013, aroud 5am in the morning. I was in my living room, getting changed and taking my breakfast before hit the gym for ealry morning workout.  While I was putting my shoes on, I opened Facebook and saw someone sharing the a video that simply changed my life since then. The video is called "why do we fall", I'll leave the link further down in this description. This video is a compilation of motivational quotes and messages, deliverd by Eric Thomas, Will Smith, Les Brown and Sylverter Stallone. I remember wacthing that video and breaking down on tears, feeling overwhelmed by frustration of seeing my life the way it was and also at the same time, inspired to make a change. Few days later I found another video, that touched my life once again and made me more certain that I had put myself on a path that I wouldn't leave it. The video is mostly delivered by Les Brown. I even got a tattoo done in my arm with one of his quotes. This episode is about to give you the first step to start creating your dreams. Unleash the Power Within from Tony Robbins, is a outstanding immersion seminar, that takes over for 4 days in a roll from 12 up to 16 hours a day of full inner discovery and learning. The event was held at the Qudos Bank Arena, in the Olympic Park here in Sydney, gathering over 8,000 together on a peak state every day. Her peaceful and calm voice guided the conversation to a deeper level of vulnerability and humility. @saroroy is original from Jamshedpur, India. She moved to Mumbai for studying Bachelor of Arts and majored in English Literature and there she stayed and built her career as writer for a beauty and fashion magazines for ten years. Because of her education, she was privileged to have a leverage anywhere in the world. Saroni shares her thoughts on the conceptions about being a woman in her home country, she shares the mindset her parents had on raising her and her process of conforming to the society she was in.   In this episode we go through the over education and focus on teaching girls how to prevent to be assaulted or abused, but the lack of education for boys to learn how to treat a woman, to prevent them to become abusive and wear masks of Alphas and Machos in society. We go through the point of her arrival to Sydney, just after her remission period on her fight against cancer, that lasted for a year.  As much as it happens to a lot of people when they reach rock bottom or been through a “close to death” situation, Saroni decided to do things that she has never done, starting from traveling overseas. [PT] Aqui está ele, a pessoa que é fonte de inspiração e conhecimento para centenas de pessoas. Rubens Abreu, criador do “The Rubens Abreu Podcast”, modelo, ator, universitário na Torrens University e praticamente uma força da natureza quando falamos em desenvolvimento pessoal, saúde e estilo de vida. #5 Vira Homem, uma mensagem para nós, seres humanos

[PT] Mestre Jeronimo, a mãe da capoeira na Austrália. Encarnado em Manaus, cresceu durante uma epóca onde capoeira no Brasil ainda era marginalizada e mal vista. Frequentou por anos, rodas de capoeira escondido dos pais. Ao mesmo tempo se desenvolveu dentro do aprendizado da musica clássica. Em um período onde a arte e musica clássica não tinham horizontes promissores no Brasil, decidiu ir para a Europa e foi lá que encontrou sua identidade cultural e artística. Chegou na Austrália em 1987, carregando consigo o dom de trazer as pessoas em união. Jeronimo iniciou a primeira roda de capoeira da Austrália, na Praia de Bondi em frente ao Bondi Pavilion. Essa roda tomou proporções incríveis e se manteve até 2006, acontecendo todos os domingos e serviu de alimento cultural brasileiro em um país que até os dias atuais ainda está criando sua propria identidade cultural. Além de capoeirista, Jeronimo é autor de 3 livros, músico e compositor. O primeiro livro publicado foi em 1995 chamado Slave Ritual. Um introdução da Capoeira e cultura brasileira, para Austrália. Em 1999, Capoeira Internet volume 1 tomou espaço, relatando novas dimensões que a capoeira criou com o espaço virtual. Recentemente, em 2017 Sinfonia de Berimbau foi publicado, girando em torno de 11 melodias criadas por Jeronimo onde as mesmas contam a hitória da Capoeira e trazem uma nova linguagem que não favorecem a descriminação cultural. Nascida em Jaguaribe, Ceará, se mudou para São Paulo e lá cresceu, se formou em Administração pela Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul e se especializou em Marketing Digital em 2016 pela ESPM. Iniciou a carreira dentro do negócio da própria família e se desenvolveu até iniciar sua carreira na área de Call Center. De lá aceitou o desafio de se tornar Analista de Canais Digitais por 6 anos dentro Banco Bradesco, onde veio a coordernar 245 agências. Nascida em Jaguaribe, Ceará, se mudou para São Paulo e lá cresceu, se formou em Administração pela Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul e se especializou em Marketing Digital em 2016 pela ESPM.
