I love listening to this podcast when I’m in a slump and need to get excited about my wellbeing. I most recently listened to Will Cole and immediately purchased his book “The Inflammation Spectrum.” I love the way they get right into it and refrain from babbling like other podcasts do. The Canadian accent kills me sometimes but the podcast is worth it! Haha THANK YOU both for bringing this knowledge to us!!
