Can I leave a review? I&#39;m going to leave a review.

This podcast was born of the love of Robert Schwalb and Shadow of the Demon Lord.  This is a bunch of geeks who are good friends who wanted to share the darkness with everyone.

ToBaS tries to keep true to the game while being ourselves and putting our own spin on things.  The players remain ignorant of the lore of the world as our characters would be.  We don&#39;t want to pollute our playing.  Our GM has immersed himself in the Void for our benefit and his sanity is waining as he does. 

We love this show because it has allowed us to jump out of our normal RPG roles of heroes in fluffy blue skied worlds.  We are struggling to keep alive and sane in the bleak world of RJS&#39;s creation. Real tears have been shed at the horrible things happening in this game.  It has all our hearts in it, as dark as they may be.

All Praise the Demon Lord. Hail!

A fantastically produced long-form approach to the dark horror TTRPG Shadow of the Demon Lord. The GM &amp; players explain the rules as they play through a terrifying campaign filled with monstrous creatures and a fantastic array of NPC characters. The players are hilarious and the characters are fun, engaging, and each have their own story while staying uniquely true to the dark fantasy of SotDL. Anybody who has any interest in SotDL or other horror RPGs should 100% check out this podcast-it’s absolutely amazing and a ton of fun!
